This dumpster rental is exclusively for heavy materials, such as clean concrete. Please review the disposal guidelines and service agreement outlined below:

Accepted Materials:

This dumpster is strictly for heavy materials. Only the following are allowed:

• Clean concrete
• Clean dirt
• Clean bricks
• Clean asphalt
• Mixed heavy materials (a $150 surcharge applies when mixing the above materials)

Restricted Materials:

• No garbage
• No rebar or wires protruding more than 3 inches from concrete
• No oversized pieces (must be under 3 feet)
• No overfilling the dumpster
• No stucco

Prohibited Materials:

• Hazardous Waste: Paint, stains, varnish, pesticides, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, medical waste
• Flammable Materials: Gasoline, diesel, oil, propane tanks, aerosol cans, fireworks, explosives
• Electronics & Appliances: TVs, computers, monitors, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwaves (only allowed in San Jose)
• Special Items: Large tree stumps, asbestos, railroad ties

Drop-off, Pickup & Rental Terms

• Drop-off: Clients must secure space for the dumpster, including any required permits
• Pickup: Once confirmed ready, pickup occurs within 1-3 days
• Rental Period: Includes up to 7 days. Additional days are $45 per extra day
• Surface Protection: The client is responsible for protecting the ground or driveway where the dumpster will be placed
• Same-day delivery depends on availability at the time of request

Fees & Additional Charges

• Cleaning Fees: If garbage is found, a $300 cleaning fee applies
• General Debris Classification: If garbage exceeds 5%, the load will be classified as general debris, covering only 1 ton of dumping fees. Extra weight beyond 1 ton is $150 per ton
• Dead-run Fees: If our truck arrives but cannot drop off or pick up due to space issues, a $250 dead-run fee applies ($350 north of Millbrae/Oakland)
• Electronics & Appliances Fees: Electronics & appliances are only allowed in San Jose. Disposal fee: $75 per item (e.g., microwaves, computers)
• Special Item Fees: Tires: $25 each; Sofas/Mattresses/Box Springs: $25 each
• Overweight Fees: Up to 5 tons included in rental price when weight receipts are required. In San Jose, excess weight is $99 per ton. Overweight fees vary by city

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations
• $100 fee for cancellations within 24 hours of delivery
